Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12:30 p.m. CST typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship in one to two business days. We ship using SPEE-DEE Delivery to MN, WI, IL, IA and parts of ND, SD, NE and MO. FedEx Ground is used to all other states. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.We do not ship via UPS or USPS with the exception of orders under 1 lb. In those cases, we will send it metered mail to save you money.

When you place an order for small jars of supplement, we send it via USPS as metered mail to save you money. USPS deliveries can take 7-14 days. If you would rather ship via FedEx, please let us know when you place your order. Shipping cost for up to 2 jars of supplement (up to 1 lb) via FedEx is approximately $12.00-15.00 versus shipping USPS at a cost of $3.94-9.00. Ordering your supplements along with your pet food is the best way to save. Your items then ship via FedEx with a tracking number you will receive by email. USPS metered mail does not have a tracking number.

Shipping Policy
Orders are subject to standard shipping costs. Additional shipping charges will apply for expedited and air shipments. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories will need to contact us at 800-356-5020 Monday- Friday 8:00- 4:00 CST.

Shipping to a Different Address
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.

APO/FPO Addresses
All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Because we are not able to export our meat ingredients into many countries (EU very specifically),  we are unable to guarantee that your shipment will not be detained and returned to us. We will attempt to do so at your request but cannot credit for any detained shipments. We are able to ship in USPS flat rate shipping boxes which can hold 4lb or 8Lb bags.  There maybe additional shipping costs to ship to APO/FPO.  Please contact after placing your order to receive a quote for the additional shipping costs.  Please allow additional time for delivery.

International Addresses
At this time, we are not shipping outside the US. However we can put you in contact with our distributors in your country. Please contact us via email and we’ll add you to our alert list.

How to Track Your Order
Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information if available. Detailed tracking information will be updated as the shipment progresses.

Customers in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois will generally receive their shipments via Spee-Dee Delivery service. For all other states, shipments are sent via FedEx Ground.
